Terms and Conditions
1. Placing of order - You will receive a mail order form via email. Once we receive your information and order, our customer service representative will attend to you by email or phone the next working day*.
2. There will be a 10% discount for orders exceeding US$150.

4. If the item is available on hand, we will ship the products as soon as possible after confirming your payment. However, due to the handmade nature of my jewellery, please allow 5-7 business days for me to fill your order for an order of more than 12 items.
5. Packaging- We will pack the products in well cushioned boxes to prevent damage to the materials.
6. Delivery and shipping policy – Delivery will be made upon full payment to House of Jewelleries & Gems account. Please note that all shipping and other costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Returns & refund policy – Refunds will be made only for items with manufacturing defects, within 7 days from delivery date. House of Jewelleries & Gems will not however take responsibility for any delivery charges incurred by the customer.
